Movie Review

The outsiders is a great book telling about Ponyboy and the struggle he had to go threw and the movie is a nice showing of how the book should be. I like how they started it with chapter one than just a random chapter. It's funny how they have Tom Cruise in it before he was famous and all the other actors looking so young. I love the story of the two groups and how it can relate to you. I think this movie is old but not far from our generation show that nothing really change threw out the years. But away from that I think it's a great movie and I highly recommend it to ages ten and up.

My New Years Resolution

My new years resolution is to become more of a team leader. I'm on a hockey team and on the ice i usually don't talk out there. So I hope that I can pop out of my shell and become an stronger person for people to look up to and make people inspired. when they get off the ice I'll give tips and give them a pat on the back. That's my new years resolution whats yours?

Should Normal People be able to Carry a Gun

My debate topic is "Should Normal People be able to Carry a Gun"  I think they shouldn't but here are some pros and cons
        The Yes Side

• What would happen if someone is attacking you, you should be able to protect yourself
• What if you live in the woods and some animals attack you, you should be able to protect yourself

        The No Side

• You hear shooting reports on the news but you will never have to hear it again
• I've also seen reports about kids getting a hold of their parents guns an accidentally shooting themselfs 
• Also some of these people are a little bit crazy take these guns and shoot.

Worst Christmas Present

So every Christmas day I go to my grandma's house where our family would eat and exchange presents. I have a good time but last year my aunt gave me something grotesque that I nearly cried all the way home. So as you may know I love hockey. I love to play it and watch it like the Chicago Blackhawks. So my aunt walks up with a rectangular box with a green wrapping paper. She gives it to me and says " I thought I can give you something different this year!" So I take the box gently open it and see something that burned my eyes. A Detroit Red Wings tee shirt. In my mind I was crying but the outside I was like "Oh thanks" so I wouldn't be rude. Well that was my worst present.

Motivation

This quote is so great that it's telling me to think different in life and not just the same thing over and over again. If you ever talk to my friends they would tell you that I don't try to fit in. I act like myself and my friends like me for that. So when we have a problem in our hands we never have the same idea because we are unique. motivation 

Giving Thanks

Since it's thanksgiving I wanted to thank people that make me the person I am. I first wanted to thank my mom and dad. My mom is a huge help she gets stuff for me ,she cooks dinner for me, and full out loves me which is the best thing to hear from my parents. My dad also helps me a lot because he's the one who wants me to play hockey. He's the one who makes me want to play more hockey with his attitude and determination wants me to play the sport that I will always love. Finally I want to thank my friends for keeping me the way I am. For staying with me even though we have little different styles like they like soccer and I like hockey. I want to say thanks to these people for everything they done and happy thanksgiving.
